fall-ish saturday. last sun

there were chickens, home-cooking, mom made desserts, music from the 90s, campfires and games. a casual saturday night with people who love and live more everyday than anyone I know. getting life, getting what it means to relax, to be yourself, to heal, laugh, cry, and breathe. when I am here, I am home. here is a little bit of the last days of good sun in seattle.

The consumption society has made us feel that happiness lies in having things, and has failed to teach us the happiness of not having things."  - Elise Boulding
"storms make trees take deeper roots." - Dolly Parton Man, this woman knew what she was saying.

saturday of delight!

a trip to Seattle. for old times sake - we decided to take a trip and explore. when we were younger, we would play in this city like no ones business. now with our busy schedules, we don't have as much time to play and adventure to the city we call home. here are some shots the lovely annabelle took on our trip. enjoy. happy friday and happy adventuring.
